Goal: Design and development of the chassis parts

Execution: Our client needed robust and manufacturable chassis mounting parts primarily made from sheet metal. This project required deep expertise in sheet metal design, from understanding bending radii to optimizing material thickness and adding integrated ribs for strength. We supported the client by creating a production-ready design that balanced performance, durability, and cost efficiency. In addition, we provided detailed process drawings for each stage of the punching operation, ensuring smooth manufacturing and reliable results.
